Working within the roofing and renewable energy sectors presents unique challenges, particularly when operating at height and on occupied sites. That is why we implement robust health and safety procedures throughout every stage of our operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with current legislation.

Our Health & Safety Management System is accredited to ISO 45001:2018 and externally audited by BSI, demonstrating our commitment to continual improvement, industry best practice, and operational excellence. This comprehensive system governs all aspects of our business, from daily safe working procedures to complex project planning and site-specific risk management.

Before any project begins, detailed Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) are prepared to ensure all activities are carefully planned and compliant with Health & Safety Executive (HSE) regulations, including working at height legislation. This proactive approach helps minimise risk, maintain safe working environments, and support efficient project delivery.

We invest heavily in the ongoing training and development of our workforce. All employees receive comprehensive health and safety training alongside regular refresher courses and are required to operate in accordance with our strict Safe Operating Procedures, developed through decades of industry experience. Performance is continuously monitored to ensure consistently high standards are maintained across every site.

To further support safe working practices, we utilise modern plant, specialist access equipment, and provide all personnel with the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required for their role.

Our experienced site management teams are fully qualified and highly knowledgeable in all relevant health and safety legislation. Every Contracts Manager holds CITB Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) certification and is committed to maintaining safe, compliant, and professionally managed working environments on every project.
