Scaffolding – We can erect and dismantle your access scaffold. We have an affiliation with the Construction Industry Scaffolders Record Scheme (CISRS). All our workforce are under the Scaffold Inspection Training Scheme (SITS).
Flat Roofing Systems – We carry out flat roofing where it is incorporated with pitched roofing and render renewal.

Joinery Work – Renewal of plywood sarking, aluminium powder coated overcills, roofline fascias and soffits.
Plumber and Lead Works – Renewal of lead to side abutments and chimneys.
Gas Works –
- Boiler flue extensions
- Pre and post boiler inspection and gas fire inspection
- Aluminium twin wall pithed roof flues fitted where redundant chimneys removed
- External gas meters removed and refitted where insulated render fitted.
- Wall mounted boiler flues removed and reinstalled by qualified and approved Gas Safe engineers.
Building Work – Renewal of concrete lintels and cills renewal.
Sealant – New sealant to windows, doors, soffits and neighbour boundaries where render and insulated render and new soffits are fitted. We use experienced qualified sealant contractors to make sure your building is sealed and weathertight.
Paint Work – Painting railings and cast iron pipes.
Aerials and Satellites – Removing and refitting or renewing satellite dishes, aerials and cables.
Asbestos Surveying – Providing a refurbishment asbestos survey.
Asbestos Removal – We ensure that all asbestos is handled correctly and disposed of in the correct way, and make sure our staff and customers are kept safe from the potential harmful effects caused if asbestos is disturbed.
