Working in partnership with training provides such as; CAT Solutions and local colleges, we provide structured training and hands-on site experience across roofing, re-roofing, and Solar PV installation projects. Our apprenticeship and workforce development programmes help individuals build long-term careers within the construction and renewable energy sectors while ensuring our teams remain up to date with the latest installation methods, technical standards, and health & safety requirements.
Our training programmes include:
- SVQ Level 2 & Level 3 Roofing Occupations
- SVQ Level 6 Occupational Work Supervision
- SVQ Level 10 Construction Site Management
- SVQ Level 11 Construction Senior Management
- Solar PV manufacturer installation training
- Annual training and competency plans
- Ongoing health & safety training and refresher courses
All site managers, supervisors, and operatives hold CSCS certification, while management teams are trained in SMSTS, SSSTS, IOSH, First Aid, and Scaffold Safety Inspection procedures to ensure safe, compliant, and professionally managed project delivery.
Our continuous improvement programme also includes regular toolbox talks, working at height training, roofing best practice workshops, and quality assurance monitoring across all projects.
